Dog tracking

Enter each dog in your kennel into the database so you can track things like age, vaccines, number of miles run, harness size etc.

You can also group dogs into teams and exercise the whole team with one entry.

Adoptable dogs

You can mark any dogs you would like to find a forever home for as adoptable. We will automatically aggregate those dogs and make them available to the public on our site.

Data import / export

If you have existing data for your kennel, we will do our best to help import that data in as efficient a way as possible.

Multiple users

You can create multiple users to access your data. Each kennel account has one "kennel manager" user. The kennel manager can create new users and assign privileges so that the new user can only access and modify the data they are qualified to.

Shots/medication tracking

You can define the types of shots, vaccines or medications you want to track. We suggest rabies, your five-way (or similar) and deworming. Once a shot is defined, you can adminster it to as many dogs as you wish. When dogs come due for a new shot, you are notified on the dashboard.

Teams and groups

You can define teams or groups of dogs. This is great for tracking exercise. Once you define a team and a type of exercise, you can easily "exercise" the whole team in just a few clicks. Keep track of the distance, time and speed that the dogs and teams exercise.

Exercise tracking

You can define different types of exercise that you would like to track. If you have multiple training runs that you do, you can exercise whole teams of dogs in a few clicks. Keep track of your distance, time and speed to track the individual dog's or whole team's performance.

Notes for each dog

You can define different types of notes to track for the dogs. This is a great way yo keep track of veterinary visits, fights, injuries, heat cycles, and much more.
